Visual Concepts

Hello all. I am relatively new to this site so any advice you can give me will be greatly appreciated. Anyway, for our wedding we have booked the photography company 'Visual Concepts', based in West Islip for our wedding. We were very impressed with them, which is why we booked them. I just wanted to know if anyone else has used them and if they have any positive or negative experiences to share. Thanks, Christine

I checked them out...I thought their work was unbelievable...I know someone who used them and said Bob was awesome, very detail oriented. When I called to book, it was too late...someone had taken my date! I was soooo upset!!!!

Thanks! My concern was that the company was run by two people: Bob and his wife, so I was concerned in the unlikely event that one or both of them couldn't make it, we wouldn't have a replacement, and if we did the replacements wouldn't be of the same quality.
