I use biotin and pre natal vitamins! They work wonderfully! :)

Same!!! And i drink a ton of water too.

How soon after taking Biotin did you notice results? I have been wanting to do it and now with 3 weeks left, not sure if it will make a difference.

omg i've been using Be Beautiful -Hair Skin and Nails it's from GNC I've been using it for almost a month and let me just tell you my nails are RIDICULOUS. I was a biter (i mean like disgusting like my fingers would bleed bc i bit my nails so low) up until mid january (on my pointer and thumb nails only - don't ask) and I had to CUT my nails for the first time in my LIFE two days ago. I'm not kidding - the stuff is ridiculous.

As to hair and skin I don't know... I've been getting facials and using new products on my skin so it's hard to judge. My hair is a disaster bc of my thyroid so it's hard to judge.

but I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend at the very least for nails!

I have been using GNC Women's Vitamins for Hair Skin and Nails (contains 3000mg of biotin) for about a month. I am mostly using it for my nails and I HIGHLY recommend it!!! My nails are gorgeous (they are normally pealing, cracked and breaking). HTH

I don't remember how quick I saw results but for your nails use hoof laquer it makes sooooooooo strong. Its just a clear polish and its great

i got rite aid brand..which i think is gnc.. cuz gnc is in rite aid.. reg hair skin nail vitamins.. big green horse pills. i try to take them every night

i noticed a diff in naisl after a week.

as far as hair? im greek. 'nuff said.
