hey ladies..

Vitamuffins are 1 point each on ww..

they can be found in the freezer section of ur supermarket..usually by the waffles.. they cost about 5-6$ for a box of 4..but soo worth it..

Waldbaums in Bay terrace today had them on sale for 3$.. i bought a few boxes.. im not sure if its EVERY waldbaums..but thats such a good price, i thought id share...

waldbuams also carries this popcorn.. in a red bad..kettle cooked. its a dull looking bag..called 'popcorn indiana'..if u look at the back of the bag..you will see DALE and THOMAS stamped on it..
basically its dale and Thomas popcorn for 3$... im stuffing my face now..its amazinngg

OMG!! I love vitamuffins! Esp. the chocolate chip ones.

I think all waldbaums has them because I went to the one by me today (in east meadow) and they were on sale!! I only could buy two boxes because we have limited freezer room :( BUt it was such a nice surprise today when I went there and they were only $3!!

I had an amazing food shopping day today- it seemed like all my favorite foods were on sale! Don't you LOVE that?

(Also- my Waldbaums has muffins in the bakery section- they're sugar free made by 'Butterfly Bakery'. They're regular sized muffins for only 4 pts! I LOVE the lemon poppy seed & cornmuffins)

dale n thomas popcorn is awesomee . i love how they made a 'poor mans brand' of their popcorn for liek 3$ a bag.. i consumed 75% of it..im such a fat azzzzzz

and i made a chocolate cake just now with coconut cream filling and vanilla frosting....

MMMMMM cake! You're making me hungry! And I just spent all afternoon at my cousin's bday party eating deliciously bad food.

ehh it ******.. i dont even wanna taste it.. i was soo impatientt.. i didnt wait for the cake to cool down b4 i frosted it..so the middle layer of icing ende dup melting and oozing form the sides as i was trying to ice the top... its a hot messs..literally
