is that tokyo hotel lead a chick or dude? it has a pretty face but i think its a dude
dh just asked the same thing
its a guy
he reminds me of dead or alive, they sing that song from the 80's 'you spin me right round' he looked the same way
yeah the 80s punk rock thing is coming back
i kinda like it, and at least their music is better than alot of the pop music so im glad they won even though i dont know their music well.
I like it too. I love music with identity.
plus you know they probably also write their own music.
I really liked the song of theirs that was playing when they announced they won, im gonna check them out
I wanna see what theyre about too. If your interested in learning about new bands I suggest you check out Vampire Weekend and MGMT. You might find it a little weird but Im hooked!
i love alternative music actually, not the biggest fan of pop. I love alternative rock, hip-hop, r&b, and many other genres. Sometimes dh laughs at me bc when he listens to slow music i tell him to turn it off and he says 'oh sorry its not a kill your dad' song and starts screaming like in a heavy metal song
ill check them out, however i have heard of vampire weekend.

LMAO at 'Kill your dad' kind of music Sirius radio really opened me up to new genres.
BTW Britney Spears winning 3 Awards was definitely planned. They paid them off this year for her comeback. these songs were nowhere near as good as her old stuff CMON!

yeah i swear i was thinking the same thing, that they really want to help her with her comeback. I mean im glad that she is getting her life back together, and it was nice how everybody stood up for her whent he show started but cant say that song was the best of the year or the video itself
i love kanyes performance just now

Kanye West breaks my heart. I feel his pain through his music lately. I actually cried at one performance I watched on YouTube of 'Hey Mama' where he broke down on stage. Hes very talented. I had the honor of meeting him before he blew up and he is a great person despite what he portrays on TV.

i saw him on oprah and he explained why he has a conceited attitude. He is very well spoken and very intelligent. Love his music and his style hahaha. Oh i haven't seen that but so sad to hear, i cant even imagine. I saw a special a long time ago with him and his mom and they were so close, so i cant even begin to imagine what he is going through.
