MY BIl and Sister swear by it and iw as just wondering if anyone has experience with it? Pro's? Con's?

I just had a client yesterday yank it out. Wasn't happy with the quality.

We were thinking about switching our line from optimum voice to vonage too...I've had too many problems with optimum.

We have it and not had a problem yet. My husband is an IT guy so he takes care if it. I was skeptical at first but now I'm so glad we decided to switch.
We are saving so much money!!!

we have it and love it. I sit on the phone for hours with friends and family to NY...and all for $24.99 a month! The only bad thing is if the cable goes out, the phone service goes out, BUT Vonage has it's own voicemail (aside from the phone machine we have), so we can still get our messages.
