I think liner can really make the eyes pop in pictures, so I'd def go for liner.

I like the makeup artist creation the best, it's natural and also brings out your best features too.

I think your own makeup application is better than the artists. I think liner is essential for pics.

Yeah...In pictures the liner always helps pop the eyes. I'm sure number 2 looks great in person but for the pics you wouldn't notice your eyes as much.
