I got a pretty good deal at Jamali Garden for really good quality frosted votives - I think it was $5 for 4.

I bought mine from here and tested them and they are great. They last with no problems.

i am getting mine from wal mart. they have small roly poly votive holders for 44 cents each!!! I was going to rent them but the rental store was charging 50 cents for a slightly larger size so now i am getting exactly what i want for less!!! Now i just have to figure out what to do with them all after the reception!!
