Does anyone have the votive wrap template available , I would like to use them to place names on for my wedding. It would be really helpful. Please reach out.

I'm sorry I can't help you right now! I DID have one years ago, before I got engaged , because I had seen a wedding with votive candle place card holders and loved them and searched and found templates. I liked them as party place cards! I even have pillar votive candle holders for them too! They were popular a long time ago, not so much any more, I don't know why...
But that was eons ago and now that I'm engaged, we picked a venue that was something I'd never expected and changed my mind/style about the votive place cards. I'm just using the stemmed holders now as regular candle holders on the tables for extra light....
I will try to look for the template on my old computer but I don't know if I still have it!
I think it should be fairly easy to make on your own though, plus each votive holder 'brand'/type is differently shaped! Some are curved and some are not! You are better off just cutting one template out yourself and getting nice fonts that you want to use... Use double sided tape on vellum and definitely NOT hot glue!
There are definitely still lots of tutorials online if you google them, just not many nice templates.
