i know this is the part I should not ask for help with b/c it is so personal. but i am having such a tough time. everything i read sound sounds like something id never come out and say! i got some books with suggestions. can anyone recommend a book to get me started? hopefully, then it will just flow onto the paper.
I would do a free write. don't try to write everything. Put on a song that reminds you of FH, think about him and how he makes you feel, and just start writing. You can edit and change and work from there. It's all about the rough draft.
