Has Anyone ordered tanks or hoodie from VS? If yes, how do the sizes run, small, large or true to size. I dont know what size to order.

For tops you should order a size smaller. That has been my experience.

They usually run a bit big. I ordered the sexy little bride hoodie in a size small and it was a bit big so i returned it cause i didnt like how it looked on me.
I then ordered a white terry hoodie in a small and it fit perfect. i think it also depends on the item you order but in general they run a bit big.

Same here, I ordered a medium which I usually am, but I should have gotten a small.

vicki's is wierd... I tried on several bras, all the same size... the lacy/satiny bras fit perfectly, and the cottony / sporty ones were so tight I couldn't even hook-up in the back....
I bought underwear a couple days ago, all the same size, and the satiny underwear is a bit small, and the cottony underwear is HUGE.
