I was just lookin at my e-ring and noticed that one of the small diamonds on the band is missing. Now I have insurance on the e-ring... But what do I do? Call the jeweler dh bought it from? Call insurance?? Ughhh its soo annoying. There's no reason it shoulda fell out. And. The ring isn't even a year and a half old...

Happened to me after a month. We called the jeweler and he replaced it. Sometimes they aren't tight enough. He didnt charge us.

Call the jeweler. not sure it would be worth making a claim on insurance. They will just raise your premium.

My jeweler said it happens and I can come back in when it does and he'll fix for free....give him a try!

I just had my ring cleaned the other day and they told me that one of my side stones was very loose and had to be tightened. IDK how it got loose. Call the jewler and see what they say.

Def. the jeweler.
Before you talk to the jeweler make sure to have all info from fh. The ring might be under warranty or in a service plan, especially given its age. Even if it isn't the jeweler shouldn't give you a problem. ~Something like this happened to me with some earrings.
And while you are at the jeweler they will probably tighten all your other stones and you will be set for your wedding day!!

one of my side stones fell out 3 times (its bc of where I work) .....the jeweler fixed it for free all three times!

That happened to me within two months and I went back to the jeweler and they replaced it at no cost so you should try that first

call the jeweler they can prob replace it if its a small diamond.. no need to call insurance bc its not your rock
