STILL NO Placecards 1 week later

I have called and left messages.....I call everytime I am near a phone must have called 10X atleast since 9am....and noone picks up...I am pissed!

maybe they have caller ID and are avoiding your number!!! did you try from another phone #??

Did you try email? They're a lot more responsive via email than they are by telephone.

Yes i agree. I had WAY mor eluck over email then on phone

I had the opposite experience. I only got thru to him over the phone. It was a bit annoying, and I'm just grateful I received my addressed invite envelopes. It was cheap, but I won't give them any more business.

I just went on their website. its says there are on vacation until July 31st. I'm so sorry.

yeah but it said that they dont leave for vaca till the 19th of july..there still should be someone there

and even if they are on vacation, they shouldnt be taking orders and promising them in a certain time if they know they are going to be away and cant do it...

there should be someone there. Good Luck. I hope you get them back or get in touch with someone. I'm going to have my placecards done but definately not by them. I really don't like the fact that you can't get in touch with anyone and that's there normal business practice.

ugh... good luck... i had such a horrible experience with them... don't mean to scare you, but i got the last of my stuff only several days before the wedding! (place cards, menus, favor tags)

called about 30 times atleast...its a scam....they never called me back...I left three messagesstrated off nice and got nasty]
