Wacko Jacko Trial: Porno Mags Found

A PILE of porn mags found by cops in Michael Jackson’s bedroom had lurid titles including Barely Legal, the singer’s child sex trial heard yesterday.

Its cover showed a topless girl having her breasts fondled by another young beauty.

Among the headlines across the photo were “Don’t Worry, I Can Take It” and “Peck A Boob”.

Other magazines were called Live Young Girls, Juggs, Purely 18, Hawk and Finally Legal.

Features trailed on the covers included D**** Delinquents in Sex Toy Orgy, P***y Party — No Boys Allowed, Stella Needs a S*** and Cheerleader Chicks Who Love To S*** D***s.

Another mag called Over 50 had a GRANNY in a black lace teddy on the front along with a topless woman said to be 73.

Several police officers testified they discovered the stash during a raid on Jacko’s Neverland ranch in November 2003.

Some of the 78 magazine photos shown to the jury on a big screen revealed couples having sex. One feature considered the size of celebrities’ willies.

Three computers were also taken away. And yesterday the contents of the PCs triggered a fierce clash between prosecutors and defence lawyers at the trial in Santa Maria, California.

District Attorney Gordon Auchincloss said the hard drives held thousands of porn images.

He argued the discovery supported accounts given by the 15-year-old boy allegedly molested by Jacko and his brother, 14. Both said they had been shown porn by 46-year-old Jacko in his bedroom.

In legal argument without the jury present, Mr Auchincloss tried to persuade Judge Rodney Melville to admit the computer contents as evidence.

The district attorney told how 16 pages of “adult erotic material” were found on a laptop.

Among websites visited were teensteam.com and slut1.com. A desktop computer had 1,700 porn photos of teenage girls.

A third computer had been used to access an adoption agency website called adoptablekids.com, from which pictures of cute kiddies and babies had been downloaded. Disney and toy websites had also been called up.

Mr Auchincloss insisted all the computers belonged to Jacko — who yesterday wore a “Three Lions” medallion to court like the England soccer symbol — or had been used by him.

Messages found on hard drives were sent by “Big Mike,” “Doctor Black” and “Marcel Jackson.” And one PC contained the message “Michael Jackson’s computer 98.”

But Robert Sanger, for Jacko, said it could not be proved it was the star who viewed the porn or visited websites. Despite the message about “Michael Jackson’s computer,” no expert could say for sure it actually was.

Mr Sanger said others at Neverland used the PCs, including a nanny interested in adoption.

Referring to the name Marcel Jackson, he said Jacko has a cousin named Elijah, who “goes by Marcel, although we are not going to blame him for this.”

Mr Sanger added: “Mr Jackson himself is not particularly interested in using computers.” He also pointed out that none of the images found were of under-age children — and all were legal.

But Mr Auchincloss poured scorn on Mr Sanger’s stance.

He said: “The defence say it is just a coincidence these computers have erotic materials, a coincidence they were found in his private sanctuary and a coincidence the boy and his brother were shown erotic material.” The exchange can be reported under US law, which assumes jurors will not see media reports about the case.

Judge Melville initially reserved his decision about admissibility.

But he later accepted the defence argument and ruled it could NOT be heard by the jury.

The later evidence about the mags WAS heard in open court with the jurors present. Jacko denies molesting the boy when he was 13. The trial continues.

Honestly, I don't see what it proves..it wasn't child porn. He's an adult, and he's allowed to have porn..Plenty of our LIW men have some porn, maybe even some questionable titles as well.
