WAHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO - Update!!!!!!!!!

SOOOOOOOOOOO HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My dad just called - he's kicking the tenants out of one of the houses that he rent out - if FH and I want it, it's one thousand a month for the entire main floor of the house including 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, l/r, kitchen, backyard, frontyard (all landscaped) one carport on one side of the house and a garage and driveway on the other side of the house!!!!!!

That;s great!!! That's what happened for me too (5 years ago and I've lived with a roommate until recently)

Be careful they are not angry about it though.
My dad kicked the tenants out and they stayed for 5 months, not paying rent and then WRECKED the apt...holes in the walls, flouresent paint on the walls......real high class people..NOT!!!!!!!

That's the thing - he's kicking them out because they already have ruined the house!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm glad they did in a way - saved us realtors fees - all that nonsense!!!!!
