waiting and waiting and waiting

So we just rebuilt the front of my house in may and my dad decided he was going to come and paint by himself. You may remember my parents came unannounced while i was at work and he did the shingles.

Well i bought the paint and took off today so they wouldnt be here alone. Plus my dad is a medical mess and my mom walks w a cane since she got hit by a car 2 years ago.

He said he'd be here by 9. I just called and theyre on the meadowbrook like an hr away.

Geez i could have slept late. Im gonna start painting by myself.

Rant over. Lol

And i just primed my windows and theyre still not here. Lol

Mind you my mom wont help at all and my dad will sit down every 5 mins. Too bad i let him buy the rollers or id be half way done already.

Yes i know...hes trying to help...i know im a brat but i could have done this on sat w anthony. Instead im home when i have tons to do at work. Sigh..

i hate waiting for people too, so i feel ya!

I hate painting. I would've waited with my feet up inside that's for sure

Went from army green to sterling grey. Mom sat in a chair. Dad brought the brushes etc and did the top row of shingles then supervised.
