Waldbaums girls ! =)

no major deals this week, I just went in to pick up my few staples (milk, bread, eggs) and guess what

18ct eggs are 99cents ! woo hoo !
I got 3 packs ! the exp date is mid august, so im set with my eggs for the whole summer !
I sometimes bake cakes or make myself eggwhite omelettes so they will be used im sure!

any other good deals.
all is quiet on the grocery front this week !

I guess Mr. Visa will be relaxing !

Anna...I thought they had triple coupons this week??? Or was that last week?? I need to do my food shopping and I was looking forward to saving some good $$$$ with my coupons!!!! It's pretty sad when I look forward to food shopping with coupons!! LOL What is happening to me???LOL

I got two!!! 18 packs

I went on sunday b/c sat and sunday only they had the two day soda sale!! did you go
3 twelve packs for $5.97!!! Supper cheap for COKE , DT COKE,e tc........

w/a 25 purchase but that is nothing to me! LOL

ketchup (heinz) was 99 cents too
and lean cuisines are on sale too, gals!

Stop and Shop has good deals. I got blueberries for 99 cents, peaches for 99 cents a pound, whole chickens for 69 cents a pound, and whip cream for 99 cents.

I think they also have cereal on sale as well.

I dont really shop at waldbaums.

Though in FL all they have is Publix and its amazing. the biggest supermarket I have ever seen in my life. Its got everything from a deli, a liquor department to cosmetics and lawn furniture

which store is better - Waldbaums or Stop & Shop?

We need a lot of vegtables / salad / chips / paper goods / meat, etc.

I like stop and shop because every week they have some good sales. Soda is 89 cents a bottle and also they knock off 5 cents for the deposit so you pay 84 cents a bottle, the whole chickens for 69 cents is a great deal as well.

They forever have pasta on sale which is great because I could live on pasta.

Plus its very convient for me, its right across the street

Tammy I agree, I dont like stop and shops produce that much. Some days its a hit or miss.

I dont think I have a shop right near us. We have stop and shop right across the street and a C-Town a few blocks down.

BJ's has good produce as well. The only thing I dont like is I cant eat 10 pounds of apples. So I wind up going to BJ's and splitting the produce with my mom

almost all of them do double coupons every day, triple coupons is a special treat. Shoprite did it last week, i only did one round of coupon shopping, saved like $30 or so ! got tons of stuff free: toothpaste, deodorant, shampoo, toothbrushes, brillo, rice, etc etc. triple 75cent was more than the reg price ! or i paid peanuts for stuff!

I really like all the stores, depending on the sales, I go to all of them. Shoprite has the BEST fresh italian bread! its mouth watering. john can eat the whole loaf in one sitting its always fresh and WARM !! Its the one where they have it in 3 types: white, wheat and garlic. its like $1.19 or so. dont get the regular italian bread.

With stop and shop at the end of your receipt it has your year to date savings and I had like 60 bucks saved. Last year the whole year I think FI had over 200 dollars saved by using his stop and shop card.
