Walk Through

We are closing on Friday and have not done the walk through yet? Is this normal?

You have to do a walk through prior to closing. We are closing next Thursday & doing our walkthrough a week from today

we are closing on friday too!!

our first walk through is scheduled for thursday evening...

and then we will have a second one once they vacate...

You need to do a walk through prior to closing. You can do it right before if you want, but if there is anything not working or that should have been fixed, you will have to bring it to the closing table and possibly have your attorneys duke it out for you.

we did our final walk thru the morning of our closing.

We did ours the day before closing - good luck :) Make sure you check everything - even the washing machine and dishwasher - don't make the same mistake we did!
