Me and my FH are closing on our house next week and we have the walk -thru before that. Does anyone have a list of things that are important to check for during the walk-thru. I want to make sure i am aware of everything! Any info would be appreciated!
all or most of the stuff should be out if the house so look for holes in walls where furniture once was. also look for leaks that may not have been there when you last looked. if you keeping the appliances check that all of them work.
