Where did everyone get their wall pictures from? Everytime I see something it seems so expensive.... right now I don't have much on my walls... any suggestions where to get some nice framed pictures?

I agree with home goods.. also tj maxx/marshalls.. they have some great stuff.. =)
I have gotten a few really nice things here. The prints are VERY inexpensive if you frame them yourself.

Re: Wall artwork?
In my apartment I have mostly Black and white pictures and a few ansel adams pics. The small Ansel Adams pics I have were from a calender. I cut them and placed them in frames.
Over my bed is a painting that Danielle did. It is a dark blue sky with a giant Sun...It is very nice, and it complements the wall color very much. SHe is in the process of working on another picture for me to hang up in my computer room of a Victorian house...Because I love them.

This is what we are up to with the the living room. Maybe we'll take a ride tomorrow to Marshalls, etc.
I am very lucky to have married into a family of artists and musicians...
so most of the art on our walls were done by people we know...
I think Marshalls/tj maxx has some great stuff
we also pick things up on our travels...its a nice way to bring your trip back...but not a chatzche

So do we!! But we don't know what to do with half the stuff, that's why we are waiting to re-do the downstairs, so we can hang all the art up downstairs..
we have some really cool, priceless, one of a kind pieces..

When the wildfires came close to us...we grabbed all the art off the walls...

Our good Artwork we bought from the Gallery in Port Jeff by the Godiva place (they can be talked down.....alot!!!)
The others at Micheals because they have that 40% coupon and then we put the pictures with the coupon

Re: Wall artwork?
If you are willing to drive to the Palisades Mall go to Kirkland's that is where we got awesome artwork.
If you have the time the ArtExpo at the Javits Center is this weekend. We went today and we bought our first 'real work of art'

Re: Wall artwork?
TJMaxx, Marshalls, or Home Goods should have framed artwork at reasonable prices. Michaels Craft Store may have some as well, and if you find a piece of artwork that is not framed, you can buy frames there.
