WALMART.. EWWWW

I went to the walmart after work yesterday in levittown.. last time i was there it was soo nice.. not this time.. its GROSS... things are thrown everywhere.. isles are all messy, nothing is where it should be and its anything but clean.. and the people that work there are HORRID!!!! they are very very rude... i waited on this line for like 5 minutes then the toothless casheir says im closed.. unreal..

then i go to this other line and the lady rings up my stuff and rips the credit card out of my hand and scans it and hands it back to me and NEVER says how much it costs!! im like *** and i actually said that at that point cause i figured look at what i am dealing with...but i didnt want to fight about it cause i had a MASSIVE headache and just wanted to get out of there..

ILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN! I must say that i think if they put a walmart up in bellmore ill move!

but dont put them in levittown

PS: LOL- I only know its East meadow b/c I went there once and the old man/greeter at the door, said to me, welcome to walmart of east meadow

I have to say that I LOVE WalMart....but not the one on LI. My DH and I go to one in PA...its a Supercenter and its so clean you can eat off the floors. All the isles are stacked neatly, the staff is knowledgeable and VERY helpful, the cashiers are friendly!!

I think that the managers and staff of WalMart's opf LI should get some training from the ones in PA!!!

Im sorry that you had a bad expereince Suzanne....you should come to PA with us next time...you will definatly see the difference!!!

I think the problem w/ this walmart IMO is they are always mobbed and understaffed so the workers can get iffy and snippy, not all the time, and its no excuse just b/c they are busy but I think that is what it is. 8/10 times I go in there are hugh lines, etc..... they dont have enough workers so I guess they will hire anyone and dont hire enough

The problem is the WORKERS! they are obviously not educated and they are rude.

Even the people that were shopping there were rude. There was this lady there who had like 6 kids and she acted as if she was the only one in the store, her kids were in the isles and wouldnt move her cart or her kids out of the way. I felt like running them all over. The uniondale Walmart was once nice to when it first opened. But then that just went to Sh!it after only a couple of months or so and this one did the EXACT same thing. There were cloths thrown all over the place, there were those racks that they bring the cloths out with just blocking isles , there were abandoned baskets all over the place...

I got my scrapbook crap and left!!

Its TARGET for me forever! and I think I will write Walmart a letter!

I love one in PA too... theres a super one near my mom in Honesdale and i LOVE going there!! and the people are so nice there! the cashiers always strike up conversations.... another reason i want to move to PA!!!
and i hate that the east meadow one isn't 24 hour, ones in other states usually are.

It is in East Meadow. I live 2 minutes from the store. It is chaotic in there. I have to be prepared to stay in line for 20 minutes to buy one item. But to get to the Uniondale one is out of the way and well I hate that place anyway.
So Suzanne I agree with you but I am not there much to see the messy aisles. I am always on a mission there.

If Stop & Shop was still there-anyone know if it will be coming back? I miss it! I would never be in WalMart if S&S was still around.

I love the 24 hour WalMArt!!!

you never know when you might need to stock up on motor oil or TP at 3am!!!

yeah, in AZ they are 24hr and are SUPER WALMARTS....Complete supemarket, alcohol, fresh produce, etc. We need that here!!!

If you even concider shopping at the east meadow store you definatly need the alcohol!

I hate the Walmart by me with a passion. I can never find exactly what Im looking for... and if it just so happens that I do it takes me forever to find it. Then I have to wait on line FOREVER. They are SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO slow. I prefer Kmart.

I was there on sat and I have to totally agree with you.. There was stuff everywhere..I guess it’s the help… because Wal Mart is the top retailer and if you go to them out of state they are so nice. I love superwal mart because all the food stuff is so much cheaper...

I only go there if I need my contact solution b/c they are cheapest, do they really have nice scrapbooking stuff??? That place is too much of a zoo for me
