When I have already booked a vendor and given them money and they don't get back to me.
I e-mailed one of my vendors 5 days ago and still no responce. I think that is so rude. I am already booked with you and it was a simple yes or no question, just e-mail me back already.
Anyone ever have anything like this?

I am a pest...I would call them and point out that you didn't hear back. At least you'll get your answer and let them know it's not the way to treat you.

fh is having the same problem. He called a vendor last week to confirm and ask him a couple of questions and the guy has not gotten back to us. So annoying.

Its a shame because it really makes us wonder if its a sign of bad things to come as far as their work is concerned....

I agree with this. They treat you so nice before you sign a contract, and then as soon as they get your money, they feel as if it's okay to give you class B service! I would call and tell them that it's not okay ignore you just because you've signed with them!

find out somehow if your vendor is OOT. It happens, especially in the slow season of winter!

I feel your pain and know exactly what you're talking about. The same thing is happening to me! I've been trying to get in touch with them for two weeks and they have not responded. And my quesiton is also a simple yes or not question... just hit reply and say 'yes' or 'no'!

We kinda freaked out at first- we booked them for the eparty & wedding on a reccomendation from RH. And then I sent an email about the eparty and no response for days, I then called and called and FINALLY someone emailed me back like 'everything's set for Sunday' Ummm, I had questions. Issue is- they were wonderful at the party! FH called them last week with a question- still no response and he called again today, they said to call back tomorrow!

i havent had that happen to me yet but i think its rude that they are showing a lack of interest now.
