Re: Wanna read a column?

I graduated in 1987. Damn I am old.

I also have saggy boobs.. but I would NEVER stuff them in a bikini.

BUT… I don’t go to the beach with a crowd.
I don’t smoke. I don’t drink Beeyah.
I have kids. None named Skylar.
I don’t even OWN a cell phone (I know.. it’s embarrassing!)
I have a friend of a friend named Diane and I used to date a Kenny and I made him tell people to call him Ken because Kenny was too juvenile. I used to have a friend named Lola – but she was about 15 years younger than me so she can’t count.
I have never had a perm and I would slap a friend who got one.

Best of all… I am from Hometown, Long Island.

But... I know what you are talking about. And I think some ARE from Hometown. Because I think I recognize them sometimes. Only once in a while though.

Jeannie -- They were stereotypes of stereotypes.
That could never ever ever be you - I don't care when you graduated. Especially since we all thought that you were like 27 anyway and you still are in my head.

And NO they are NOT from Hometown. Not not not. I blame Islip.

My town is Hometown. Jennie grew up a stone's throw from where I used to live.

I blame Baywood (The weird section of Bay Shore that is actually Brentwood SD right across Bay Shore Road.)
