I got my inspiration from the Saks add in the beginning of the Summer and Spring Martha Stewart issues. They used the bustle on a Reem Acra dress. I found it the day before I had to go for my fitting.

Re: Wanna see my bustle?
very nice!!! Being that I sew, I wonder if I could do my own bustle? I guess I would need a dress model though! ha

Your gown is beautiful. I love the bustle. I agree, I like how it shows the trains detail!

It looks so pretty!!! I love the material of your dress. It is gorgeous
the headpiece is beautiful-- and I think it looks great with the veil back- but you were concerned with the veil down, right?
Have you looked at any others??

I am with Randella; but that might represent a solution. Veil when down, alone for ceremony -- dramatic for walk down aisle, esp at Flowerfield with nice breeze, then HP with veil back or even off to party for reception.

I haven't really had a chance to do any shopping this week. Every night was a different activity.
I wasn't actually worried about when the veil was down. I am actually worried about when it's back. I am afraid that I look too princessy.

Re: Wanna see my bustle?
This is the look that I was going for. I love the way the lace of the veil goes all around when it is down.
I think that once the veil is home, I will have a little show for my mother and BMs and have them vote.
Should I maybe loose the necklace and go with a simpler strand of pearls. I already have a single strand.
