Want to have a NYE Wedding

HI! I want to have a NYE wedding, now that Im coming close to booking it for 2010, Im getting a little nervous about everything, what my guests will think, if people will show up, driving after midnight etc. Any ideas or if anyone has ever been to a NYE wedding?

i think it w uld be a blast and i would love to attend one at least once in my life HOWEVER my bday is that day and it ***** b/c everyone is not partying for me but for NYE.

i have also heard that it is the most $$ by a few different halls only b/c these are nights they would normally be having an open party. now it would be closed for a wedding
