Want to know how much wedding crap FH and I did this weekend?
Probably not, but whatever. Here goes:
We made a sample of our centerpiece (no pics, sowwy!)
Completed our music list.
Completed our photog info.
I designed our menus.
Came up with some signature drinks and made those menus.
Confirmed that the hall has non-alc. beer for some family members of mine.
Scheduled final meeting with the hall.
Started the seating chart.
Seating chart was hell, so we had sex instead.
Went back to seating chart post-sex, finished it in like less than an hour.
Confirmed the spelling of all names for the seating cards.
Made our cocktail napkins.
And in the middle of the chaos, we decided to pick up late on Saturday and head to Hoboken to see a friend's band (Ilana, if it was just me itching to go out, I woulda texted you and met up with you guys somewhere, but Neel needed to get the eff out too!) AND made it to Mamoun's at 3 a.m. for some falafals.
Moral of the story: when things get stressful with the wedding planning, stop and get laid, have a couple of drinks, and venture in to the city for early morning falafals.
