Im still pretty new, and I don't know how to 'bump' a thread yet....but there is a thread...do a search for 'program thread' and its on the BHB board....a whole bunch of tips/ideas and links...good luck!

I found a kit online and they were so easy to print and assemble.

I designed my own in Microsoft Publisher. I don't have any pictures available on this computer, but this was the basic layout:

Cover - picture of our ceremony location with our names and date

Page 2 - the wedding party

Page 3 - the ceremony

Page 4 - 'this day in history'

Page 5 - historical information on our ceremony location

Page 6 - the reading we had during the ceremony

Page 7 - thank yous

Page 8 - a poem

What type of layout are you looking to have? Booklet? Trifold?
