I was planning on taking my BM out for a thank you lunch after the bacholerette party, but stuff happened and I chose a new bridesmaid, so now I am going to do it before, so everyone can meet her. Any ideas on a nice, inexpensive place to go. TIA

Wow, A change in the BP so soon before the wedding? Hope it wasn't bad.
Do you want to go someplace in Suffolk or Nassau?

FH sister dropped out, she never said why, but I think it's because we dont want anyone under two years old and her son will be 18 months. It a whole big mess. But I asked a girlfriend of mine who i wanted to be in it anyway, but we met after i had asked all the other girls. Anyway..
Seems weird that she would just drop out...And that you had someone else lined up to fill in. If someone had asked me so soon before the wedding, I think I would be insulted. Your FSIL must be hurt that you don't want her son there. He is the nephew of your FH. Thats not very nice, if other kids will be there.
Anyway, a brunch would be nice. The LaGrange Inn used to have a Sunday brunch that was good for like $17 a person maybe....

I disagree. FH and I are having his neice as a Jr. BM. (She is 13). We are not having any other people under the age of 18 at our wedding so this means his nephew who is 5 is not invited.
