Warning to all brides who had their dress preserved!

I am posting this as a warning to all brides who had their wedding dress preserved.

My Mom paid ~ $300 to have my wedding dress preserved and at the last minute I decided to add my veil to the box. We brought the veil in and they said they would add it. Well, now 6 months later I opened the box to look at my dress and my veil is not there! I even opened the box

I am so sad and I don't think the cleaners will do anything because 6 months has gone by. I am going to talk to them on Wednesday though.

Make sure you open the box after your dress is preserved to make sure everything is included!!!!! My veil is gone. They probably put it inside someone else's dress!

OMG....time to call Help me Howard....7 on your side...Ask Asa! That is rediculous

this would be a good time to say that if the place you take it to does the 'boxing' on premises, to insist on being there to watch it be boxed. we suggested it all the time...some people would come, many didn't. but it's worth the piece of mind.

OMG I am sooo sad for you! I hope they find it...mabe if they included in with someone else's that bride will come forward knowing how much it will mean to you...I am sending prayers your way that you find it and you receive it back!
