WATER!! how much to drink per day..

I thought this was a really awesome link that will calculate about how much water per day you should drink...

Mine is 2.5 liters!!! Thats about 11 cups!

So i should drink
76.5 oz of water today, or 2.3 liters.

My bottle of water has 16.9 oz... and I always drink around 6 of them...
So I drink 101.4... So is A LOT more more of waht i have too!!!

You are totally drinking a great amount!!! I am on my second 16oz.. I have not been good with drinking water... only maybe 2-3 16oz cups per day... yikessss. Hopefully drinking the 2.5 liters will help!!!

66.5 ounces of water today, or 2 liters.

A while back there was a Bride who started a 'water challenge' stating we should all drink 2ltrs a day & the benefits of it... I have been Very happy that that is my suggested amount of water to drink a day.
