Is anyone using a waterfall veil? I just discovered these. I kept trying to tell people what i want and then one woman finally said, that sounds like a waterfall veil. duh?!! i am so clueless!!
If you have pics and or suggestions on where to get these that would be really helpful!!! PS - Suffolk would be best! THANK YOU!@!!!

Re: Waterfall Veil - where to get them??
Fantasyland in Patchogue had a bunch of them and they were pretty reasonably priced.
Good Luck!!

Re: Waterfall Veil - where to get them??
Everyone has them...it's just a veil that goes at the top of your head instead of the back...here's a toned down version. You can get up to 3 tiers and make it more puffy!
OOpS now i am confused. the one shop that told me what i liked was a waterfall might be referring to something different. what i want is one layer that hangs down from the back in like a thin narrow line down to your knees. very airy and not poofy at all. also notvery wide but gathered.??? what the heck is that called????

Hmm..I'm really not sure.
A waterfall style veil is the one pictured. A veil that starts at the top of your head in front, and falls backward. Maybe it's not the technical term..but I'm not really sure which you are referring to...

thanks Ladies - back to the drawing board i think. it's not that I don't like the waterfall veil (above). it is just that i wanted something less formal and different than that. i am just calling it the wrong thing. thanks for your help!!!

Joro, I think what you might be referring to is the center gathered veils... The veil is only gathered in the center and thus is less poufy. My seamstress will be making one for me, but you can also get it from veilshop...

I think you mean a catheral train. It runs down the back and to the knees. I have a waterfall veil with a detachable catherdal train.
Here is V&S in her waterfall, cathedral length veil. It was purchased from C&H in Manhattan for a spectacular price! Check them out, they will make you any kind of veil you want.
OK- I have a question- so if you get a waterfall veil do you still get a headpiece. If so what kind.

Re: Waterfall Veil - where to get them??
you usual use a tiara or a comb that sits flush up against the comb of the veil. I think they even sew them together. Check out your designer of your gown. Some make matching accesories for their dresses.

Oh yeah, you might want to check out Victoria Lee accessories. Do a google search. I am sorry I am not sure of the website.
