ITA with getting an idea of # of people.. and budget.. that will set the 'tone' of where you'll look..

But I will throw out there the Riviera in Massapequa...
It's gorgeous, affordable and the people are fantastic to work with!!

Congrats on your engagement btw.
Two of my cousins got married at Chateau La Mer and the place was great. We all had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the food. When you get married there you arrive durring the cocktail hour on a boat that brings you up to Chateau La Mer's dock. It's really great if you love the water and boating. If I hadn't had two family members get married there I probably would have booked there. Not too sure about the price but I don't think it was too expensive.

I agree. It is on Centerport Harbor. It is beautiful, the food was great, and we got a good price. Good luck!
