Since my wedding is in November, I think I want to have mini pumpkins & gourds put on the tables in addition to the centerpieces. If I dropped off the stuff ahead of time, will they place it on the tables for me or would I have to have a friends or family member do it?

I believe you can drop it off ahead of time and they will set it up for you. You would be dropping it off when you leave them your placecards, favors, etc... I would call just to double check

I'm not up to this part yet but I can't imagine why not. Call and ask to speak with your banquet manager and get the answer from him.

You drop off everything to them the wed. before you wedding. They will set up anything you want. I had alot of things they needed to assemble and put out for my wedding. They did a fantastic job. Don't worry about anything

Thank you so much! Now maybe I will entertain the idea of making my own centerpieces!

I have TON of stuff...my centerpieces are all rose petals and votives that they will have to set up...they do it all. Make a detailed list for them to follow too.
