watermill brides...

just wondering.... if you guarantee 150 people..do they make you pay for plates of people should you not have enough ORRRR can you make up for it in other ways..like purchase add-on's/extras?

r they happy just to get their money no matter how they get it or do they make you pay for the 150 plates no matter what????

i just called to ask but my BM is off tonight so i will have to wait until he calls back..but the suspense is killing meeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!

I think you have to pay for the amount guaranteed, but maybe they will let you add on. I never thought of that, but its a good idea if it works. Which BM do you have?

I'm pretty sure that they make you pay for what you guaranteed. Stupid me, when we picked the date for our wedding I didn't realize that it was on all of Long Island High School graduation day. We didn't make our minimum by 20 people . I called and explained this to them and I said I was willing to add on the Vetienese (not sure how to spell it ) hour and they were fine with that.
