I am trying to decide on our cake for our wedding and we don't want to spend anything extra on the cake. So we are using the cake the Watermill gives us. Has any brides from the Watermill used the cake they offer and if so how was it?

Re: Watermill Brides Cake Question
I used their cake and it was really Yummy, you can go to the bakery (is in Nassau) and request a tasting, and you can try all the combinations you want and the lady is really nice.

Re: Watermill Brides Cake Question
From what I understand, they use the same bakery as the Westbury Manor.

Re: Watermill Brides Cake Question
I'm not a watermill bride, but I was at the watermill showcase and from what I understood they switched from Egra to MaCayla Michael Desserts located in Nesconset.
I know this becasue my RH uses Egra and I was not very pleased so I was inquiring outside and MaCayla told me they now do Watermill. They have beautiful cakes!

Re: Watermill Brides Cake Question
my sister got married at the watermill two years ago and she used their baker for her cake. she upgraded to the cannolli (spelling) filling and her cake was VERY VERY good. the only problem i found was that i felt that the cake they gave her was too small for her wedding because the pieces they gave us were paper thin but the taste was AMAZING. not dry at all and packed with flavor
