Watermill Brides... help!

My fiance and I just booked our wedding at the Watermill for May 23, 2014. How soon before the wedding do they start working with you to get your plans in motion? Like, I know what kind of stuff I want to buy but I don't know they types of tables I'd be getting, whether round or oval, how many people they seat, if I can hang tulle from the ceiling or the walls... just a bunch of decor questions. The banquet manager isn't the easist person to get in touch with to ask all these questios so I figured i'd ask on here.

your tables are oval - no round tables. my tables varied from 8 - 12. Give a call and talk to Samantha, I did not use her but she is the 'wedding planner' for the watermill. I contacted them about three months out to set up my menu, and then 2 weeks out for the final count and make final payment.

be careful, mine were oval when i booked but after the renovations they will be round!
