Do you have to choose from a cake style the Watermill provides or can you bring in a picture for them to copy?

they told me if i wanted something that isnt in the pics they show me i can do it but i have to pay the difference!

Would they be able to tell you how much extra you would have to pay upfront or not until the cake is actually made?

When you make your menu. There are cakes that come with your package, then upgrades. I got the cake called Swiss Dots. You can pick your filling, though. Mine was black forest
you see them when you do the menu....thats what i was told. But you can go to Erga bakery yourself and look at their books (this is what i was told by a BM there) I think when u do your menu if you show them a pic they can show the baker and see what the price diff. is!
im debating on this is well...so i may just bring a pic earlier then my final meeting and see if i can get a price quote so this way i still have some time to think what id want!

ohhh so their cakes are made by the Erga bakery? Where is that located?
