and

i may do the 16 top but only seat 14 ppl

i've seen in the watermill threads that 14 people gets way too tight at their tables. 10 is great, 12 is still comfortable--but getting tight, and 14 was just elbow to elbow.

if you search for the original Watermill thread some girls talk about it on the 2006 board.

No...they do not. We had 12 but 13 at one, and the one w/13 was very tight. I don't know why they say that...well, actually, I do. They get more $$$ that way! 12 tops. Trust!
