Watermill review

For any Watermill brides. To start, i like how you pull into a kind of private looking driveway up to the valet station. The place looks nice from the outside. Warm weather so the cocktail hour was outside, which was nice but you had to walk through another cocktail party to get to the other one. Good service for the most part. Dinner-food was really good. I had the Chateau Briand (spelling?). Our waitress was great, everytime your glass was empty she appeared with another. Very nice room. For anyone using the band Paris, they were great. I am not sure who the photographer was, but he was pretty bad. No personality, tried to tell the grooms father he couldn't take a picture when he was taking pictures. Anyway, the Watermill was really nice, good food and service.

Matt how was the cocktail hour food? And did anyone eat the chicken you were sitting with because I heard it was dry from someone recently.

the cocktail hour food was good. i have very plain tastes so the more fancy and different kinds of foods don't really appeal to me, but it all looked good and tasted good from what i heard. they had a lot of different kinds. and actually, i think everyone at the table had the chateau briand. maybe one person had the chicken, but i don't know how it was.

Which room were you in? I will be downstairs which the ceilings are kinda low so i am wondering whether or not i should do high centerpieces.
