Ok my bm dresses were supposed to arrive April 7th. They had told my MOH march 27th and she got it that day so i thought it would be the same although she has a saison blanche dress but NO watters & watters is backed up right now. I called RK for the 5th time just now...when someone picks up and i say its about delayed BM dresses they ask right away if its a watters & watters, seems they have alot of girls calling about this since watters & watters is backed up on all orders
Here is the worst part, i just spoke to the manager and she said that she has to call them everyday and each day they get answers about certain orders and she will call me as soon as she finds out about mine, and she should receive a fax from them soon...Now the crazy part, she told me that i should get them very soon bc watters & watters thinks my wedding is april 27th , i guess Rk gives them a different date to get them in earlier. So W & W thinks my wedding is in 10 days and they STILL havent sent my bm dresses W** is that, dont they realize ppl need to alter dresses. And it still hasnt been shipped so its 10 days from now they think is my wedding, so they plan to give it to me about a week or less before what they think is my wedding

OMG! Thats horrible! Thank god RK actually lies to the dress company as well.. Could you imagine if they actually gave your real date!! Good luck Denise!

i mean my girls still have time to get them altered but still need them sometime soon lol...THe reason i keep calling them to find out the delivery date is bc we are having them shipped to a bm's house in jersey...thing is that she lives in the city but her family has a 2nd home in jersey and since it was tax free to ship them to jersey we did that. I keep calling them and telling them that i just need to know the date to let my bm know when to pick it up

That is horrible--my sister also had a bad experience with them. I hope that yours come in soon, so that your girls can get fitted!!

Wow - its really upsetting considering they THINK your wedding is in 10 days. You should talk to them about compensation. Thats absurd.

i am so pissed at watters & watters now that you told me they think the wedding is even sooner! grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr...my body shape requires 2-3 alterations to get fitted, these as$holes are delaying a process that took me 3 weeks to do for Lee's wedding last yr!
But don't worry Dee, even if I got that s*cker the day before, I'd move the stars and moons and get that baby ready to wear the next day!

it is insane, even the manager at RK was like you BETTER get it soon considering they think your wedding is 4/27...she even sounded stressed about it bc has been dealing with this everyday

ahhhh hopefully it will come in soon...Im hoping by this coming week we will have them so this way everybody has plenty of time to get alterations.

i knew there was no way things would go nice and smooth right before the wedding...like always things have to get insane and hectic right before an event lol why should my wedding be any different

dont worry though, im sure its something that JUST happened and they will fix soon but for this time period they are backed up
