Watters & Watters backed up

Ok my bm dresses were supposed to arrive April 7th. They had told my MOH march 27th and she got it that day so i thought it would be the same although she has a saison blanche dress but NO watters & watters is backed up right now. I called RK for the 5th time just now...when someone picks up and i say its about delayed BM dresses they ask right away if its a watters & watters, seems they have alot of girls calling about this since watters & watters is backed up on all orders

Here is the worst part, i just spoke to the manager and she said that she has to call them everyday and each day they get answers about certain orders and she will call me as soon as she finds out about mine, and she should receive a fax from them soon...Now the crazy part, she told me that i should get them very soon bc watters & watters thinks my wedding is april 27th , i guess Rk gives them a different date to get them in earlier. So W & W thinks my wedding is in 10 days and they STILL havent sent my bm dresses W** is that, dont they realize ppl need to alter dresses. And it still hasnt been shipped so its 10 days from now they think is my wedding, so they plan to give it to me about a week or less before what they think is my wedding

Oh no!!!! I'm sure RK is ALL over W&W. If W&W screws up, I'm sure there will be BIG repercussions and RK is probably one of their biggest vendors.

wow, that stinks!! you sure have your share of speedbumps to deal with these last few weeks

YEAH the lady i spoke to i think is going crazy with them...she has to call them everyday and check up on them and im sure she is dealing with ppl calling in going crazy hahaha. Thank you

im sure everything will work out. when my cousin and his wife got married their seamstress who was making the dresses went MIA 2 weeks before the wedding. they had to go to davids last minute.

you still have some time. hopefully noone really needs to do alot of alterations.

you still have some time. hopefully noone really needs to do alot of alterations.

yeah as of now they still have time...the only thing is that the bm whose house the dresses are going to will be in vegas along with some of the girls, so we have 8 days until vegas, and then when we come back its not that much longer, but it will be just shy of 3 weeks which is still good enough time.

you get the dresses soon! If it makes you feel any better- my girls have had there dresses for a couple of months and not one has gotten theirs fitted yet (also did no frills at RK). They all want to do it close - in case they lose weight. I don't mind but want them all altered & home by May 5th latest....

I agree!!! Smart of RK to tell them that though.... & the dresses your ordered are gorgeous- great choices!

oh denise.. that really $*cks. and i can't believe that they think ure wedding is so close and there are no dresses!!! I hope you get them soon!!! good luck!!!!!!!!
