anyone else considering sealing their invitations with an old school wax seal? has anyone used the glue gun method? it seems to be easier than the candle drip method. think an unartistic person, like myself, can figure it out? also, any recommendations where to buy?nostaglicimpressions.com seems to have the best prices - even over etsy.

Re: wax seals
They have the whole thing at Michaels....It goes in a glue gun and they have red, sliver and gold and some other colors I think and they have the initials or symbol designs there for you to stamp with...use the 40% off coupons!! Looks easy and really nice!!

i saw them at michaels! but their 'P' looks like an 'R' - so instead i thought i might get this one: http://www.nostalgicimpressions.com/product_p/951h.htm
am hoping i dont mess up my invitations too much though!!! and im reading it may be better to put it on the inner envelope, which i think will be nicer presentation.

Re: wax seals
i can't stress enough how important it is for the inner envelope - NOT THE OUTER! i send just casual letters in the mail with a wax seal and i can't tell you how many times it doesn't make it to the recipient!
