For those of you who have used these did you use them to seal the outer envelope or the actual invite (as in the case of pocketfolds, etc). If you put it on the outer envelope was there an additional cost for shipping? ( i heard that somewhere but don´t know if its true? Any info you could share would be great. Thanks!!

we did them for our e-party and there was no additional cost. It depends on the weight and size of the envelope. If you use too much wax it might add up in weight, but if you use the correct amount it won't. To be sure, make one invite, put everything in it and secure with wax then take it to the post office and ask them to weigh it and give you a price.
We had rather simple e-party invites so it was only $.42 to mail.
