OK I GO TO MY USUAL PLACE FOR MY EYEBROWS TO GET WAXED. THIS TIME SHE DECIDED TO GET CREATIVE W/OUT ASKING ME FIRST. SO TOOK OFF SO MUCH OF MY EYEBROWS THEY ARE SO THIN NOW. AND TO TOP IT OFF I WAKE UP THIS MORNING AND THE TOP IS SO RED AND BROKEN OUT. WHAT CAN I DO?????

Put neosporin on the red part - sounds like she took skin off. Surprised she didn't ask you first before getting creative.
You just need to let them grow out now but also you should try somewhere else - a place where you know they'll do what you want and not what they want.
