WCC - ceremony

For the girls who are having their ceremony at WCC, how are u decorating it? Do you have a backup plan with your florist in case it rains? I was told by my bm that WCC provides NOTHING for the ceremony.

Havnt thought about a back up yet.
Which side if your ceremony?

It's on the gazeboo over the pond. I plan on having a sunburst of flowers on the head of the gazeboo, and have 6 columns on the aisle with flower arrangements and tulle linking them together. The florist that I have in mind said that it would be an extra $300 for those columns and suggested I use bows with flowers and attach them to the chairs instead. But if it rains, I can't do that with the indoor chairs, plus we'll now need an arch instead of the sunburst

Should I spend the extra $300 for columns, that way in case it rains we still have some sort of decoration inside?

I am on the pool side and the plan is an arch in front of the gazebo. It it rains, arch goes indoors..

So do we get this ARCH from the florist? Or how do we get one?

Suppose to get married poolside, but think I want lakeside now. Since our ceremony is at 7:30pm, we're not overdoing it with flowers. We're borrowing some of our CPs to line the aisle. We're also asking the florist to use tulle and white lights on the gazaebo instead.
To answer your other question, if it rains ( not), then we will move it all inside and our florist will use her arch. Most florists should have them as backup but may charge a set-up fee.
