What are you/ did you choose for your entrees? We have not gone for a tasting, Steve was our banquet manager (who has since left) told us we could do a tasting, but now Woodbury is telling us they don't do tastings! HELP!!

They don't do tastings? Who told you that? I would speak to another manager and explain that this was told to you by Steve who has since left but you expect them to make good on the deal.
I'm not getting married at the WCC, but I find that to be a little ridiculous that they don't offer a booked bride and groom a tasting of what they will be serving to your guests.

Hi, I am getting marry at Watermill and they don't have food testing either. As I know some of caterers don't have food testing.

Re: WCC menu
We had no problem doing a tasting there. They were very open to it and it was great! We brought both of our parents to it and we had a great time. The food was incredible.

Re: WCC menu
I had Peter who is now gone as well. We had to ask a few times about the tasting. He also advised me that they did not do them anymore and the reasoning was due to getting take advantage of when it came to the tasting. Ex:bringing mom, dad, siblings etc. We were able to only try some CH food and we had to go while a wedding was happening. It was done as a courtesy from Peter.
