WCC menu

To my girls at WCC. Did you decide on your menu yet? Also, if you went to the showcase back in Feb, are u doing another tasting? I was told the tasting would only be for cocktail food and not entree's. And as far as the cake is concerned, do you consult the bakery they use, or make all cake decisions with WCC first?

Sorry for all the questions, but it seems my BM and I are playing phone tag.

i was told there's an actual tasting about 3 months before the wedding (i have yet to set up an appointment though). You can bring up to 6 people (including yourself) to the tasting (FH and i will be bringing my parents and his parents).

i think you have to do the cake tasting on your own if you want it (they're using Erga Bakery now) but you have to tell WCC which cake design you'd like (don't quote me on that)
