We found out yesterday that we are doing that 30 day closing thing! Im so excited, but at the same time totally overwhelmed...we have to start packing...and we have absolutely no furniture! We both live at home with our parents, and now need to furnish a house! This is all happening so fast

Congratulations! The words '0% financing for 12 or 18 months' will be your best friend! We furnished our entire house that way. Home Depot has GREAT sales on area rugs sometimes (I think there's one now... 20% off!). I got a GREAT deal on a glass table dining room set at Fortunoff (600 bucks... INCLUDING CHAIRS and extended warranty protection). Levitz living room and bedroom stuff... we don't have to pay it all off until April 2008!!!! Tiffany dinettes in Farmingdale... kitchenette set for 400 bucks! It's doable! Just make sure you pay everything off before the promotional 0% financing offer ends or else you'll be hit with all the finance charges from day 1. You can do it! Good luck!

We got 36 months no interest at Raymour and Flanigan. I wouldn't go to Tiffany or Levtiz though- have horror stories about them!! Anyway, congrats on your new home!
