this week. We are so excited, but FH is driving me crazy. He is starting to sound like his mother...complaining about how we are going to have no money...BLAH, BLAH, BLAH. What can you do, it's a great investment and we both know it. The house needs some work, but FH plans on doing most of it himself along with some help from family members. Everyone is pretty handy. He'll move in right away and then I won't officially move in until after the wedding....tradition. The house is in Centereach and we can't wait. We are both getting antsy(whatever spelling), we want to get working on the house and make it like how we want it.
Congrats!! We purchased our home in August & it was one of the best things in the world..of course the $$ flies out the window, but it is well worth it!

Yay! Congrats! I grew up in Centereach! Actually, Lake Ronkonkoma, but I went to Centereach High... Yay! And all I can say is SUFFOLK DINER!

LOL I agree. We intend to move to Jersey since it's somewhat affordable and we can get a good amount of land. It'll be atleast another 3 years. Yuck!

Great! FH and I signed our contract today. He fussed about the windows but I want his house. It's up in Woodbury NY.
