We are going to meet with the photographers .....

for our finally visit before the wedding. Can you guys help me think of some question that I should ask since its the last meeting before the big day??

If it matters to you, you can ask them what they're going to wear.
Do you know how soon after the wedding you'll see proofs? That's good to know too.

There are a few questions that not every photographer I visited answered or had on their package info.

-Ask how many proofs you will get
-Ask if they will be stamped and if you get to keep all of the proofs
-Ask if they will be your photographer and if you can see some of their work-if not can you see the work of the photog you will have (and if you will get to meet them)
-Engagement shoot, ask if you get to choose where and when or if its in the studio
-Will they be digital or negatives that you get
-how much is airbrushing or color effects
-how long can you expect to wait for your proofs
-how long will you wait after you pick the pics for your negatives for your album
-how many thank yous and how long after you choose
-what is the time frame that they will be with you
-cost of OT
-Have they worked at your hall/church before
-Meals
-ask about their lighting
-Do they have online proofing (fee involved for this)
-If 2 photogs will one be with FH while getting ready


Good Luck

- Confirm what time they're arriving and where they're going

- Make sure they have directions to wherever they're going (getting ready place, ceremony location, reception locaton)

- Make sure they have their own transportation (I've heard about photographers surprising the couple by hopping in their limo!)

- Confirm how many hours they'll be there (don't be surprised by them leaving right after the cake cutting if you thought they'd be there until the end)

- Talk about your timeline for posed pictures - part of your 'must take' list - and make sure the photographer thinks you can take all those shots in the time alotted.

- If you're taking pics in a special location, make sure you don't need to get any permits or fees.
