We are in contract! pic and update

After two years of looking for a house all over Long Island and in Arizona. We finally got a home (East Northport, our hometown) - we are in contract!!!!! We should close on or around July 21st.!!!

UPDATE: the contract has been signed!!! and we have our mortgage agreement!!!!!!!
All the C/O's seem to be in place!!

Next is a termite inspection

and we get to skip the appraisal since we are putting 20% down (it will save us $150)
